- Assist the Client Executive in managing the team
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Oversee large structural projects across civic, education, aviation, infrastructure, and facility assessment markets
- Serve as Project Manager on most assigned projects
- Grow new and repeat business and build the project pipeline
- Manage client and project fees with an aggregate value of approximately $2M
- Contribute approximately $1M in new annual fees
- Support project financial success and accounts receivable collection
- Coordinate business development opportunities with the Client Executive and marketing department
- Participate in promotional activities, client interviews, market organizations, and meetings
- Support technical training and consistency across teams
- Update the marketing database with leads and proposals
- Provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff
- Contribute to sustainable design goals including SE2050
- Minimum 10 years required experience in project management, construction management, or related experience
- Significant stock ownership representing, at a minimum, a clear, forward focused path to the Associate Principal level
- Proficiency in Microsoft and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Expert-level mastery of the technical aspects of one’s discipline
- Demonstrated aptitude to design/manage major projects
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead others
- Ability to perform final quality control checks in the area of expertise
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight stays
- Preferred: 15 years of project management, construction management, or related experience
- Preferred:
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field - Sponsorship is not available
Demonstrates extensive project management expertise with a focus on client relationship development, financial oversight, and sustainable design goals. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and drive business growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
