Role Description

Develop and coordinate the efforts of the Operations team to deliver a highly valued support service that includes, business coaching, leadership, salesmanship and operational excellence, all while fostering a positive brand and sales culture among our Franchise Partners.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver the planned organic sales growth projections for each franchise partner and region while finding better ways to collect, measure, monitor and reward this activity.
  • Actively work with the franchise development team to identify and facilitate the introduction of new franchise partners, new stores and acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop innovative top line growth projects ensuring integration with our corporate objectives.
  • Manage the Field Operations team with clear goals and priorities and maintain a disciplined and focused approach to their duties and responsibilities, especially as they align to Growth and Franchise Partner Satisfaction.
  • Lead the Technical Trainer(s) to deliver high-quality instruction, coaching, and support, ensuring all technicians master pool cleaning, maintenance, service and repair.
  • Actively work with the Commercial teams (B2B) to identify and facilitate local regional opportunities and strategic relationships.
  • Actively work with the Supply and Marketing teams to identify and facilitate marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure franchise alignment to our 'system' so that we deliver a consistently high client service standard and returns for our franchise partners, by actively visiting Franchise Partners in the field independently or with FBCs.
  • Ensure infield visitation into each FBC book of business as the business requires.
  • Take a proactive approach to the management of compliance or alignment concerns to avoid escalation to ICU or the legal framework.
  • Balance and align the working relationships and workflow priorities between PSC and the field to ensure that all systems changes, developments, and improvements are documented and implemented quickly, efficiently and system wide.
  • Take a proactive approach to the professional development of your direct reports, to build a highly skilled team that can provide specialist services outside of their region.
  • Maintain and manage meeting schedules for the Field Operations Team including Weekly Teleconferences, LAPS, quarterly business reviews and in field franchise partner meetings.
  • Maintain and be part of a positive team environment and company culture aligned with our Core Values.
  • Responsibly manage departmental budgets (income and expense) with full transparency to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide reporting from the Audit Review Process (Franchise Management) and CRM Systems .
  • Be the Operations advisor of the Innovation/Evolution program, driving the consistent identification of and delivery of standard practices through these programs.
