Vice President of Operations

• Oversee the overall operation of multiple accounts or a significant multi-site account generating approximately $100M+ in revenue
• Drive operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention across the portfolio
• Ensure operational excellence and identify innovative services and solutions for client requirements
• Develop and maintain the overall operations strategy, priorities, and direction for the area
• Manage sales, finance, human resources, customer service, and full P&L accountability
• Drive new sales growth within the existing client base
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies with senior team members
• Lead and manage a productive, motivated team through communication, empowerment, rewards, and coaching
• Collaborate with Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance
• Partner with business unit leaders and stakeholders to implement change and new business processes

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree desired
• Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive responsibility and successful general management experience with full P&L responsibility
• Food, facilities, or retail service sector experience preferred
• Proven leadership and experience managing effective, high-level client relationships
• Broad knowledge of management practices
• Business analysis and project management skills
• Ability to understand complex global businesses and set overall strategy
• Business acumen to communicate and work with executives
• Strong business planning skills
• Balanced perspective on strategic and tactical issues
• Ability to manage numerous projects and resources remotely in a highly dispersed organization
• Ability to select top talent and create a productive environment supporting initiative, innovation, continuous learning, and leadership development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients, front-line managers, and C-level leaders

Demonstrates expertise in operational strategy development, P&L management, and client relationship management within the food, facilities, or retail service sectors. Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational efficiency, and implement innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
