*** Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
* Serve as a primary client contact, providing proactive guidance and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
* Review audit plans, internal control assessments, and engagement deliverables.
* Mentor, coach, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and professional development.
* Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
* Contribute to business development efforts by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
* Deliver operational excellence while ensuring profitable engagement execution and an exceptional client experience.

* What you will need:

*** 6 years of relevant experience required
* Experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
* CPA required
