The executive is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, fleet performance, and service reliability while supporting organizational growth and margin improvement initiatives. • Oversee logistics planning, terminal or hub performance, and supply chain execution to maximize efficiency and service reliability.
• Drive operational scalability, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost optimization across all operational functions.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Build and mentor high-performing operations leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and HR leaders to align operational execution with organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure fleet, service, and operational targets consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large fleets, multi-site operations, and performance-driven teams.
• Strong understanding of fleet management systems, transportation regulations, and safety governance.
• Bachelor's degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business is required.
• MBA or advanced business-related degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience driving operational scalability, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
