SummaryThe Division Manager will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction by leading project managers and field operations towards the successful completion of buildouts, installations, modifications, and decommissions in the area of telecommunications within his or her assigned division.
Responsibilities:Upholds the Company’s Core Value of Safety over production
Display a high level of engagement and leadership by actively participating in office activities, contributing to discussions, and setting a positive tone for the team.
Lead and develop Project Managers within the company on best practices in order to drive profitability with each project within the division
Review results on a monthly basis with the VP and President. (P/L, performance, improvements, declivity)
Management of daily office operations for assigned division
Assist President and VP with creation and implementation of organizational goals, policies and process enhancements in order to guide and direct the company
Expand scope of business with current customer base in order to drive revenue
Develop relationships with new customers to increase revenue and generate a larger customer base for the organization
Maintain safety and quality of the highest level within the division
Ensure facilities within assigned division are maintained from a standpoint of safety and professionalism
