JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Operations Transformation provides senior-level leadership and direction for a University Hospital Operational Transformation Team. The Senior Manager oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact strategic initiatives designed to optimize institutional resources and improve operational performance. This role requires a sophisticated approach to managing complex, cross-functional projects while ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term business objectives.

    Serves as the primary liaison for University Hospital strategic programs, facilitating communication between executive offices and operational departments.
  • Crisis & Problem Resolution:
    Acts as the lead for rapid problem resolution, identifying risks to strategic goals and implementing corrective actions under minimal supervision.

  • Portfolio Stewardship:
    Oversees a consolidated team responsible for a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring that individual projects do not operate in silos but contribute to overall organizational cohesion.
