CWT Machine Operator

JOB SUMMARY:

The CWT Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce products according to company specifications. Will ensure the efficiency and quality of production processes. Simultaneously operate various lines safely to produce quality products, meet team goals and maintain product safety. Work in a team environment supporting fellow employees.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience manufacturing environment a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy and industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
• May require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Position requires approximately 12 hours of working in extreme temperatures.
• Position requires approximately 12 hours per day standing and/or walking.
• Full-time, with flexibility to address operational needs during non-standards hours.
