Assembly Line Associate – Play Assembly & Packing

Job Overview

The Assembly Line Associate – Play Pack Assembly & Packing is responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing play packs on a production line according to established quality and safety standards. This role ensures play packs are correctly built, packed, and ready for shipment in a fast-paced assembly line environment.

• Assemble play pack components on an assembly line according to work instructions
• Pack play packs accurately into designated packaging materials
• Verify contents, quantities, and product quality before sealing packages
• Label, seal, and stage completed play packs for shipment or palletizing
• Maintain consistent production flow and meet line speed requirements
• Inspect products for defects and report quality issues immediately
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with materials
• Assist with line changeovers, material replenishment, and basic housekeeping
• Work collaboratively with team members and line leads to meet daily goals

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous assembly line, packaging, or production experience (preferred)
• Ability to follow repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic counting and quality-check skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Good attendance, reliability, and time management

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Repetitive hand and arm motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required

• Assembly line or light manufacturing environment
• Fast-paced production setting with productivity targets
• May require overtime or flexible scheduling during peak demand
