Requirements- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with a high school diploma or GED; OR 3 years with an associate degree
- Familiarity with process control and troubleshooting, especially in manufacturing settings
- Knowledge or experience with Siemens & Allen Bradley PLCs, NEC, and electrical distribution
- Adept in identifying and prioritizing maintenance and repair tasks
- Effective communicator with expertise in both hands-on and digital troubleshooting
- Ability to operate various shop equipment and use hand tools efficiently
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industries
- Demonstrated ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule
