Job Title:
Assembler
Engage in the assembly of both small components and large assembly projects. This role requires brazing and welding, as well as training new hires on shop layout and various functions. The assembler will drive to different sites as needed and strive to meet or exceed Work Order build times.
Responsibilities- Braze and weld components.
- Train new hires on shop layout and functions.
- Drive to different locations such as Plating, ACT, and ACCU Machining as needed.
- Strive to exceed or meet Work Order build times.
- Clean parts and inspect them against blueprints for accurate assembly.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
- Sustain acceptable production rates without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards.
- Minimize rework and scrap while optimizing setup time.
- Adhere to all company safety standards.
- Provide support to other departments when required.
- Handle and protect Proprietary Information as prescribed by company policies.
- Adapt to increasing complexity and volume in day-to-day work assignments.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of calipers.
- Experience with deburring metal and working in a machine shop environment.
- Ability to braze and weld.
- Capability to train new hires.
- Experience in driving for Plating, ACT, and ACCU Machining needs.
- Knowledge in using mechanical tools such as grinders, lathe, and presses.
- Experience with machine operation and Solid Works.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, scales, protractors, micrometers, and radius gauges.
- Experience with blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using basic shop tools and machines like parts washers.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Work EnvironmentWork alongside a team of 20 members in a production environment that has grown from 9 members in the previous year. The position operates on the 1st shift from 6 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work at the month-end. Steel‑toed shoes are required for safety.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43,264.00 - $43,264.00 per year.
Benefits include DP, 401k, holiday vacation.
Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Dallas, TX.
