Crui Tek is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a strong Industrial Engineering mindset. This is a newly created role focused on improving production flow, strengthening quality systems, and implementing measurable process improvements across multiple facilities.
This position is highly hands‑on and requires strong shop floor involvement. The ideal candidate has experience owning and implementing production improvements, not just supporting or documenting them.
Key Responsibilities- Lead production process improvement initiatives from identification through implementation
- Improve throughput, reduce scrap, and strengthen overall production flow
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Standardize manufacturing processes across multiple facilities
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Partner directly with production supervisors and operators to implement improvements
- Support quality initiatives to ensure products meet internal and customer standards
- Travel periodically to regional facilities to evaluate and improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related)
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Direct shop floor experience
- Demonstrated process improvement implementation experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Root cause analysis experience (5‑Why, Fishbone, etc.)
- Comfortable working onsite in a production environment
- Lean manufacturing exposure
- Production flow optimization
- Experience supporting multiple facilities
- Exposure to CNC environments
- Basic CAD knowledge (supporting role, not design-heavy)
- This is not a design‑only or documentation‑focused role
- Candidates must be comfortable driving implementation, not just analysis
