We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and reducing product scrap. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform first-piece start-up process verification to ensure equipment and settings meet specifications.
  • Maintain and update process monitoring sheets during mold, material, or insert changes.
  • Conduct process verification checks and accurately log results in accordance with product requirements.
  • Respond to operator questions and concerns regarding product or process issues.
  • Complete first-piece approval documentation for assigned production areas.
  • Identify and report required machine or tool repairs, initiating work orders as needed.
  • Verify and adjust end-of-arm tooling for robots, including programming or cam setting adjustments.
  • Set up decorating equipment per master process control documentation when required.
  • Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) verification to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in internal problem-solving and process improvement activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or a minimum of 3 months of related experience/training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform moderate physical activity including bending and walking.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with operators, engineers, and leadership.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and technical documents.
  • Willingness to work overtime during the week or on weekends as needed.
