We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a blow molding manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands‑on experience maintaining high‑speed plastic processing and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all plant maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot blow molding, auxiliary, and downstream equipment (e.g., Uniloy, Rocheleau, Bekum, or similar).
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support process improvements and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a blow molding, plastics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC controls (Allen‑Bradley preferred).
- Experience with CMMS systems and data‑driven maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
