Production Supervisor - Nights

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:

Education & Experience:

* You have a high school diploma or GED, required.  A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field is preferred.

* You are a seasoned people leader and have at least 3 years of supervisory experience within a food/beverage or other high speed CPG manufacturing environment, required.
Prior experience within beverage processing is preferred.

* You have knowledge with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles, such as IWS, TPM, or six sigma, required.  

* A combination of manufacturing education, professional experience, or specialized training that demonstrates advanced knowledge, technical skills, and operational leadership abilities is acceptable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* You have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to multitask.

* You have strong leadership skills and have demonstrated the ability to build strong, effective teams.

* You have the ability to mentor and develop productive staff and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.

* Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate.  

* Proficiency with the use of computer programs, or ability to quickly learn, including MS Office programs including Outlook and Excel, and Smartsheets.
