3rd Shift Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable 3rd Shift Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who works well overnight, follows safety procedures to the letter, and understands that a forklift is a piece of heavy equipment—not a go-kart.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stack materials
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and company procedures
• Accurately complete required paperwork and logs
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any issues immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity expectations during overnight operations
• Work weekends when required based on production needs

Requirements

• Must pass a written forklift test
• Must pass a forklift driving test
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Previous forklift experience required
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekends required when needed
