Quality Control (QC) Clerk – 2nd Shift

Manufacturing | Plastic Milk Containers
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends when required

We are seeking a detail-driven Quality Control (QC) Clerk for a manufacturing facility that produces plastic milk containers
. This role is critical — if quality slips, everything slips. You’ll be responsible for inspecting products, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring only compliant products move forward.

This is not a “look at it real quick and move on” job. This is for someone who actually notices when something’s off and speaks up.

• Inspect plastic milk containers throughout the production process for defects, contamination, or inconsistencies
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Document inspection results accurately and completely (if it’s not written down, it didn’t happen)
• Identify non-conforming products and follow proper procedures for reporting and isolation
• Communicate quality issues clearly with supervisors and production staff
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve consistency

• Prior Quality Control or manufacturing experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail — this is non-negotiable
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on overnight shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic (we need consistency, not excuses)

• Must be available to work weekends when required
• Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a drug test
