Ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures;
Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging;
Lead continuous improvement projects with plant leadership to upgrade and resolve recurring problems;
Perform rapid machine problem identification with root cause analysis to minimize downtime;
Create and transfer SOPs for troubleshooting machines and document procedures across bottling production areas
