Production Associate

Base Pay: $17 per hour
Shift: Morning shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM start time. Must be able to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed.

Production Associates help in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem‑solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Pouring and demolding of products
• Quality control and packaging of finished products
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment
• Fast‑paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, including heavy lifting or work with hands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, push, and talk or hear
• Average plant temperatures range from 60° in the cooler months to 110° in the warmer months
• All workstations require protective eyewear and hearing protection; some also require gloves, aprons, and arm guards
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
• Must stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for the duration of the shift
• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 12 months in a manufacturing environment
