Shift: Second Shift | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM | Two 10-min breaks + One 30-min lunch Summary Join our aerospace team as a Data Shipping and Receiving Clerk , responsible for verifying and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes checking for correct identification and damage, managing documentation for internal and external customers, and handling hazardous goods in compliance with DOT standards.
You’ll also validate MSDS for chemical shipments and maintain inventory of shipping supplies. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Required 2+ Years of Shipping and Receiving experience (Must be recent) 2+ Years of MS Office Suite 2+ Years of ERP experience Familiar with Hazardous Goods in compliance with DOT standards Familiar with MSDS for chemical shipments Experience verifying incoming shipments and reporting issues Education HS Diploma
