About the RoleOur client is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Winders / Coil Winders to support the manufacturing of transformers in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for winding coils, handling materials, following production specifications, and ensuring accuracy in measurements, counts, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, reading basic measurements, and performing shop math such as converting percentages, fractions, decimals, and measurements
. This position requires strong attention to detail, good hand coordination, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- WIND coils and handle materials in a fast-paced production environment according to production specifications.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accuracy in measurements, counts, and quality standards.
- Maintain attention to detail and quality in all winding and assembly activities.
- Assist with material handling and orderly workspace organization as required.
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic measurements.
- Ability to perform shop math (percentages, fractions, decimals, and measurements).
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable and dependable with a focus on quality and safety.
