    • Maintain consistent brand packaging standards for premium unboxing quality.
  • Receiving & Raw Materials Handling
    • Receive inbound shipments of raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
    • Use manual pallet jacks safely and effectively to move pallets into designated storage zones.

    • Support cycle counts and inventory audits by maintaining accurate receiving records.
  • Quality, Accuracy & Speed
    • Meet or exceed speed control targets (UPH/LPH) while maintaining high accuracy.
    • Perform QC checks before sealing or staging orders.
    • Apply secure packing methods suitable for fragile, hand‑crafted products.
    • Report workflow, accuracy, or material issues to leads or supervisors.
  • Inventory & Material Handling
    • Replenish picking stations and packing materials as needed.
    • Conduct light cycle counts and report discrepancies or low stock.
    • Maintain clean, organized, FIFO‑driven inventory storage.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Operate within all facility safety guidelines, including lifting and pallet‑handling best practices.
    • Follow SOPs for safe material handling, packaging, and environmental compliance.

    • Collaborate with Shipping, Wholesale, and DTC teams to meet daily fulfillment output.
    • Support peak season scalability (Black Friday/Cyber Week, promotional periods).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ year experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, receiving, or similar roles.
  • Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and move palletized goods safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
