• Performance & Accuracy: Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
• Technical Ownership: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than “band-aid” fixes.
• Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a zero-defect mindset through close attention to detail.

  Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.

• Resilient & Adaptable: You maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and can pivot when production priorities change.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications.
• Team-First: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.

D Shift, Wednesday 12AM - 6AM, Thurs-Sat 6PM-6AM
