Position: Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technician - Onsite in Dallas, TX

We are looking for a senior-level E&I Technician who wants to be the technical authority on shift, not just another maintenance resource.

In this role, you will diagnose complex equipment issues, influence process improvements, and work directly with operations and engineering to improve reliability across a continuous manufacturing environment.

Your Impact

You will serve as the primary electrical and controls expert supporting production uptime and equipment performance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Advanced troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems
  • Supporting high-speed production equipment and integrated processes
  • Diagnosing sensors, drives, motors, and instrumentation failures
  • PLC troubleshooting and program modification support
  • Improving equipment reliability and maintenance standards
  • Leading technical problem-solving during critical downtime events
  • Supporting continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • Training operators and technicians on systems and updates
  • VFDs, motors, and industrial drives
  • Process instrumentation & calibration
  • Electrical distribution systems
  • HART communicators & diagnostic tools

Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years industrial electrical or instrumentation experience
  • (or 3+ years with Associate Degree)
  • Experience supporting live production environments

  • PLC troubleshooting/programming experience

  • Electrical distribution & NEC knowledge
  • Controls or automation leadership experience
