We are seeking a dependable CNC Operator to operate either CNC Lathes or CNC Mills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading materials, monitoring machine operations, performing quality inspections, and ensuring parts meet customer specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC Lathe or CNC Mill machines according to production requirements.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
  • Read and follow work instructions, setup sheets, and blueprints.
  • Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify quality or production issues.
  • Make basic tool offset adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain production records and inspection documentation.
  • Keep work area clean and organized following 5S and safety standards.
  • Communicate production concerns to supervisors and setup technicians.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read measuring tools including calipers and micrometers.
  • Basic blueprint reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes, or both.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or Okuma controls.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and inspection procedures.
  • Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or precision manufacturing environments.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise and coolant.
