Production Operator
At Niagara, we’re looking for Team Members who want to be part of achieving our mission to provide our customers the highest quality, most affordable bottled water.
Shift & HoursMon - Fri, 5am - 1pm (or 12‑hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule as required by production demand).
Responsibilities- Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s safety, quality, and throughput standards.
- Accurately complete applicable quality and production reports on an hourly basis.
- Conduct physical and visual inspection of product to prevent non‑conforming goods.
- Correctly report all quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership.
- Adhere to safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations, and to Niagara’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
- Maintain general housekeeping in all production areas and additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
- Maintain appropriate level of raw materials to ensure production lines incur minimal downtime.
- Demonstrate aptitude and skill to work in all assigned areas of production; troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties when required.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance; ability to work 12‑hour shifts day or night, rotating as determined by production demand.
- Minimum Qualifications:
0 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment; 0 years of experience in position; 0 years of experience managing people or projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education). - Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment; 2 years of experience in position; 2 years of experience managing people or projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).

Required:
High School Diploma or GED. - Preferred:
Associate’s Degree.
