Job Summary
Position:
Production Technician. Assist in the manufacturing of beverages for The Coca‑Cola Company located in Dallas, TX. Work largely on the production floor, operating filling, packaging, and palletizing equipment in a fast, multi‑shift environment.
- Operate filler, packaging, box‑forming, and palletizing equipment.
- Load packages and containers onto machines.
- Supply the production line with raw materials.
- Check for proper filling, sealing, and damaged product.
- Move filled containers to storage.
- Record statistical data and number of containers filled.
- Rework product if damaged or for leakers and waste syrup.
- Wash and sanitize equipment between flavors.
- Perform preventative maintenance and clear jams on machines as needed.
- Operate and inspect forklift.
- Maintain full compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0–1 year of general work experience; prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis and not require sponsorship.
Work is performed primarily on the production floor in Dallas, TX. The role is repetitive, involves moderate noise, confined spaces, moving equipment, wetness, fumes, hazardous chemicals, and extreme heat or cold. The position is a multi‑shift operation with travel required of 0%‑25%. Relocation is not provided.
Pay Range: 45,136 USD – 45,136 USD (base pay may vary by geography, experience, and job‑related knowledge).
