You will be the Manufacturing Planner (Level
2) for the Production, Planning, and Control team. Our team is responsible for coordinating interdepartmental activity and scheduling the movement of parts to ensure timely and efficient production.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner (Level
2) you will be responsible for driving schedule integrity, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring parts flow smoothly through the supply chain.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and contracts administration.
  • Schedule and expedite the movement of parts via move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.
  • Travel and communicate with all production sites and vendor locations, including after-hours support as needed.
  • Analyze and resolve production scheduling issues to keep programs on track.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835.
