Overview

Regal Staffing Services is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Dallas, TX 75247 area to add hands‑on talent to their production floor. If building precision hydronic and flow‑control assemblies sounds like your kind of day, we’d like to meet you.

A day in this role

You clock in at 6:00 AM, review the day’s build sheet, and get to work assembling valves, flow control units, and related hydronic components. Guided by blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions, you align, fit, and fasten parts—installing fasteners, gaskets, and O‑rings—then verify every connection and seal. When a tool or workstation needs attention, you perform basic preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and loop in your supervisor if something’s not right.

Throughout the shift, you keep your bench organized, follow all safety practices, and collaborate with teammates to hit production targets. Before 2:45 PM, you complete final quality checks, confirming each assembly meets spec for accuracy and finish.
