The Associate Assembler is responsible for performing assembly operations while ensuring products are built to quality, safety, and customer requirements. This role follows established work instructions and manufacturing documentation to support on‑time delivery, continuous improvement initiatives, and a safe production environment.
What You'll Do- Perform assembly of mechanical, cable, harness, and printed circuit board sub‑assemblies, as well as preparation, spray application, and inspection tasks using drawings, models, and work instructions.
- Install hardware, prepare wire, perform auto‑bonding, sleeving, pull testing, torque tooling, and use routers, parts lists, build instructions, and other manufacturing records to ensure accurate product.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, verify tooling, and ensure products meet established quality standards, WHMIS requirements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Participate in 6S activities and other team‑based process improvement initiatives to support production goals, customer commitments, and operational excellence.

Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong decision‑making and leadership skills.
- Experience with handling small delicate components.
- Warehouse experience.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
