Stride Staffing DeSoto is hiring Wood Pallet Assemblers for immediate openings at a manufacturing facility.
We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, or general assembly. You will be using drills and nail guns to assemble wooden pallets in a fast-paced production environment.
ScheduleMonday–Friday (Some Saturdays required)
1st Shift: 6:30 AM – until finish (some days may run up to 6:00 PM)
Experience Needed- Carpentry or woodworking
- Construction or framing
- Manufacturing or production
- Assembly using hand and power tools
- Tape measure and wood material knowledge
- Assemble wooden pallets using power tools
- Move and stage materials
- Load and unload products
- Read tape measures and work orders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred – Spanish-only with experience welcome
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand entire shift
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attendance
- Must pass background check and drug screen
