Midway Press Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Press Operator / 2nd Press Operator to join our production team on the night shift. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality printed products while maintaining efficiency, color accuracy, and press performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Night Shift
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Operate and monitor web offset printing presses to produce high-quality print products
• Set up and adjust press equipment, including color settings, layout alignment, and machine parameters
• Maintain color consistency and print quality throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot press and registration issues related to color fidelity and mechanical performance
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards
• Work closely with production and support teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations

• Previous experience operating large-format web offset printing presses preferred
• Experience with GOSS Community or similar press equipment preferred
• Strong understanding of print quality control and color management
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership experience or the ability to assist/train team members is a plus
