CNC Machinist Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a CNC Machinist
- Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem‑solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to plan and organize tasks effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $20.50

Shift: 1st M-T 6:00

A.M-2:30 P.M

• Operate CNC machines and adjust CNC offsets as needed.
• Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications.
• Load and unload products in fixtures and start machines for automatic cycles.
• Perform critical gauging and inspection of produced work to ensure quality.
• Conduct hourly checks including safety, quality, and production metrics.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Mathematical aptitude to perform calculations in various units of measure.
• Computer proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and oral.
