Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician located in the DFW metro. Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturer operating at the forefront of the clean energy and advanced materials space, currently entering an exciting phase of growth and project development.

This is a hands‑on, highly technical role focused on supporting advanced manufacturing and prototyping efforts for next‑generation materials. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an environment that combines experimentation, equipment operation, and process development to ensure efficient and reliable production from early‑stage trials through pilot‑scale execution.

• Collaborate with engineering, process, and manufacturing teams to support development of advanced manufacturing technologies
• Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment used in prototyping and small‑scale production
• Perform measurements and collect process data using laboratory and production equipment
• Support experimental trials, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. They will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standard work instructions, and comfort with both physical and digital recordkeeping. Experience operating equipment with HMI interfaces, along with exposure to metal or ceramic manufacturing processes such as powder processing, heat treatment, machining, or finishing, is highly valued.

A strong safety mindset, the ability to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting are essential for success in this role.
