Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements
  • Experience operating CNC routers in woodworking, cabinetmaking, millwork, signage, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience operating laser cutting and/or engraving equipment
  • Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, toolpaths, nesting, feeds and speeds, and machine setup
  • Ability to read shop drawings, blueprints, and production instructions
  • Strong troubleshooting and quality inspection skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Duties
  • Operate CNC routers and laser cutting/engraving equipment safely and efficiently
  • Set up materials, tooling, fixtures, machine parameters, and production files
  • Prepare, modify, and verify CAD/CAM files and toolpaths
  • Inspect first articles and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot machine, tooling, material, and programming issues to minimize scrap and downtime
  • Maintain organized job files, setup documentation, and production records
  • Perform basic machine maintenance, calibration checks, and safety inspections
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards
  • Support production schedules through teamwork, quality control, and continuous improvement
