Rizonet Consulting is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee extrusion operations at a plastics manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. You will lead production, safety, quality and personnel while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Candidates should have 7+ years in plastics manufacturing, including 3+ years managing extrusion, plus a Bachelor's in Engineering or Manufacturing. Strong ERP, safety, and process optimization knowledge are required.
