• Accurately and promptly transport materials to/from workstations and racks using forklifts, carts, and pallet jacks.
• Follow safety rules, meet productivity standards, and maintain attendance requirements.
• Load/off-load materials for production and place raw materials and packaging supplies in proper inventory locations.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean work area for safety and efficiency.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Wearing appropriate safety equipment at all times.
• Provide support to other production teams or functions as needed.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.

• Pallet jack experience.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• General verbal and numerical intelligence, including reading and matching numerical sequences.
• Accurate measurement skills using tape measure, ruler, and calipers.
• Knowledge of RF scan gun preferred.

• Forklift experience.
• One year of experience in manufacturing.

• Constantly stand and frequently walk.
• Frequently bend from waist and twist.
• Lift up to 30 lb (13.6 kg) continuously and occasionally up to 50 lb (23.6 kg) from floor to overhead.
• Reach horizontally and overhead occasionally.
• Push/pull using total body and upper extremities from floor to overhead, and occasionally reach horizontally.
• Use touch and fingers for tasks.
• Grasp, carry, and transport objects with both hands.
• Grasp manipulate arms, hands, and fingers to move objects.
• Review physical requirements matrix for all requirements.

• High noise levels and moving machinery.
• Work environment is not climate-controlled and exposed to dust and high/low temperatures.
• Must work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
