The Senior Manufacturing IT Analyst will join Form Factor's IT Manufacturing Systems team and serve as the primary onsite Manufacturing IT representative for the Farmers Branch manufacturing site. This role acts as a key liaison between Manufacturing Operations and IT, partnering with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support manufacturing applications, onboard new technologies, resolve production-impacting issues, and drive continuous improvement across factory operations.

As part of the broader IT Manufacturing Systems team, the successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing Systems Analysts, Application Specialists, Architects, and Infrastructure Engineers who support Form Factor's manufacturing technology environment. This role will leverage the team's expertise, training, and Level 2/Level 3 support while serving as the local face of Manufacturing IT for Farmers Branch. The ideal candidate combines semiconductor manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Manufacturing IT liaison for the Farmers Branch manufacturing site and the local representative of Form Factor's IT Manufacturing Systems team.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
  • Support manufacturing applications including MES, SPC, Equipment Management systems, factory automation solutions, reporting tools, and custom-developed manufacturing applications. Current platforms may include technologies such as Applied Materials PROMIS, Applied Materials XSite, INFICON manufacturing solutions, camLine applications, and related factory systems.
  • Troubleshoot production-impacting application issues and coordinate resolution with IT Manufacturing Systems team members, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding of new manufacturing equipment and associated software solutions, ensuring successful deployment, testing, validation, and operational readiness.
  • Translate manufacturing business requirements into support requests, enhancement opportunities, project requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), release validation, user training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams while maintaining ownership of communication, coordination, follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a visible presence within the manufacturing environment and develop strong relationships with engineers, technicians, operators, and site leadership.
  • Ensure manufacturing systems and support activities follow established IT standards, including change management, documentation, validation, security, and governance processes.
