The Manufacturing Engineer will play a vital role in supporting production operations through the design of tools and fixtures, optimization of manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient production flow.

This position is ideal for an engineer with a passion for hands‑on problem‑solving, CAD design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Design and improve manufacturing processes, production flow, tooling, jigs, and fixtures using 3D CAD software.
• Support production operations by troubleshooting manufacturing issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, assembly instructions, and work procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new product introductions and optimize manufacturing processes in a production environment.

The role is based in an office environment with time spent on the factory floor collaborating with the manufacturing team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with a start time between 6am and 9am, comprising a 40‑hour work week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
