Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: The Production Associate plays a key role in daily operations across multiple stages of production, including garment pulling, pre-treatment, printing, quality control, folding, labeling, and packaging. This position ensures that each custom order is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Receive apparel into the inventory system, unload and stock items to correct locations.
• Keeping shelves full at all times to ensure the picking process can be achieved in a timely manner.
• Selecting garments from inventory for orders.
• Operate printing machine as assigned with ensuring proper alignment and design placement based on order specifications.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Checking for quality and consistency of printed garments and folding garments.
• Placing garments in shipping bags, printing shipping labels and placing in shipping gaylords.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing machines and workstations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Previous experience in apparel printing or manufacturing is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to operate machinery with attention to detail
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow digital work orders.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Can speak Vietnamese is preferred.
