At Regal Staffing Services, we’re placing detail-driven technicians with a manufacturer in the Dallas, TX 75247 area to assemble valves, flow-control units, and hydronic components that must perform perfectly.

Your impact

Picture this:
By 6:05 AM you’re interpreting schematics and work instructions, laying out parts, and beginning an assembly that requires careful alignment and fastening. You seal joints, install O-rings and gaskets, and verify torque values. As you move from station to station, you complete routine maintenance, troubleshoot small issues, and loop in your supervisor when needed—keeping production moving and quality high. Before shift end at 2:45 PM, you perform final inspections so every assembly meets spec and the team hits its production goals.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:45 PM (mandatory overtime when required)
Pay: $18/hour

Core responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and systems using hand and power tools

Align, fit, and secure parts; seal joints; install fasteners, gaskets, and O-rings

Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Perform routine/preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting; report issues to your supervisor

Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy, defects, and adherence to quality standards

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Collaborate with the team to achieve daily output targets

What you’ll need to succeed1+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience (mechanical or industrial preferred)
Proficiency with hand tools, drills, torque wrenches, and basic measurement tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

Excellent manual dexterity for small-part work and a sharp eye for detail

Consistent attendance and strong work ethic

Steel toe boots required

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Pre-employment requirement

Must be able to pass background and drug screen
