Packaging Corp of America - 3737 Dan Morton Drive - Responsibilities:
Prepare the machine for production runs according to customer orders;
Prepare the stencil that stamps the product with identification;
Clean and oil the machine daily;
Order pallets from the Forklift Driver according to the schedule;
Ensure pallets are at the machine for finished products;
Assist with running orders to maintain smooth production;
Notify supervisor of problems such as machine failure, quality issues, or paper shortages;
Palletize the product for shipping;
May be required to feed the machine occasionally;
Adhere to ISO procedures and follow directions from the operator;
Work with various production machines and basic tools (hammer and knife)
