Coordinate production flow and ordering of pastry products and organize the production/work area.;
Oversee product quality, monitor shrinkage initiatives, and supervise production of special orders.;
Oversee shifts, meals, and breaks; manage raw ingredient orders.;
Maintain sanitation and monitor equipment conditions; assist in training new partners.;
Support operational excellence initiatives and adhere to food safety and sanitation processes.
