Maintenance Supervisor

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking an Overnight Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team maintaining bakery production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate and prioritize work orders, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and food-quality standards are met. This role partners closely with production, drives continuous improvement, maintains accurate maintenance records, and develops technicians through coaching and training while supporting a people-focused, collaborative culture.
