At Ellison Technologies, you’ll work hands-on with advanced CNC systems across the Dallas–Fort Worth region, helping customers keep mission-critical equipment at peak performance. We invest in your success with a car allowance, a company cell phone, a laptop, and paid gas—plus streamlined reporting so you can prioritize technical work and customer outcomes. Travel is primarily local with minimal weekday overnights, and no weekend work.

• Execute field service, machine installations, and preventive maintenance programs for a wide range of clients.
• Troubleshoot issues, restore uptime, and deliver brief on-the-spot training as needed.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and leadership.
• Uphold Ellison’s standards—professional, ethical, and customer-obsessed—on every engagement.
• Own your work: keep precise records and technical documentation for all service cases and projects.
• Contribute to additional related duties when required.

• Set up and operated CNC mills and lathes.
• Maintained CNC or heavy industrial equipment.

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance

• Preventive Maintenance & Inspection

• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Spindle Maintenance & Repair
• Troubleshooting CNC Machines

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• CNC Swiss Lathe
• CNC Mill (5 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (5 axis)
