LSI Staffing is seeking an entry level or experienced BINDERY ASSOCIATE for their 3rd Shift client in Dallas/Farmers Branch Texas. The successful candidate will have the following:
Responsibilities- Maintenance
:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bindery machines and equipment - Training
:
Provide training and guidance to bindery assistants and trainees - Safety
:
Observe and promote safety standards - Inventory
:
Maintain inventory of supplies and materials - Collaboration
:
Work with production teams to prioritize jobs and meet schedules - Machine operation
:
Set up, operate, and maintain bindery machines that cut, fold, glue, trim, and bind - Quality control
:
Inspect products for defects like loose pages, torn pages, or imperfect bindings - Shipping
:
Box, shrink-wrap, and prepare orders for shipping
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bindery and finish work
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods
- Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
