Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee galvanizing operations in a busy manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are met.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in galvanizing or heavy industrial production, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment. Forklift and overhead crane experience is required.
