- Lead and manage a team of 5 skilled Tool and Die Makers and Maintenance professionals
- Oversee daily tool room operations to ensure optimal tooling reliability and maximize production uptime
- Plan and execute preventative and corrective die maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Coordinate die set-ups and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the stamping tool room
- Manage the sourcing and procurement of new tooling, spare parts, and outside vendor services
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in stamping tooling and die operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing tool room or maintenance teams
- Proficiency in Solid Works for navigating and interpreting tooling drawings is highly preferred
