SUMMARY:

The Final Assembler plays a crucial role in the production process by attaching pre-upholstered arms and backs to the pre-made frame to create a finished sleeper sofa. This position requires long-term standing, the use of an air ratchet, and lifting. The Final Assembler will work in a warehouse environment, meeting production demands and quality standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Match the bed set with the upholstered cover.
• Ensure that the correct labels are placed.
• Make sure that the correct color legs are on the frame.
• Double-check the correct bed type.
• Ensure that the correct springs are placed.
• After assembling the bed, check that the bolts are tightened.
• Collaborate with Deluxers as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact collaboratively with others.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled.
• Skill in organizing and managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting.
• Lifts products to 300 lbs using equipment.
• Works in a production environment and areas not climate-controlled
