What you’ll do as a
Production Manager :

• Formulate, recommend and implement manufacturing policies and programs which maintains and improves the company's competitive edge and the profitability of the operations.
• Direct and coordinate those activities so that products are manufactured to specifications and on schedule, and within quality standards and cost objectives.
• Assure that company objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements and company goals.
• Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident- free
• Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
• Ensure that all material and supplies are available for each production department's operation.
• Ensure that production meetings occur and participate in other meetings required by management.
• Review operating performance reports on a regular basis with supervisors.
• Responsible for reducing spoiled-work and waste.
• Conduct special projects as requested by management.
• Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement
• Identify, train, hire, and sustain talent.

We’re looking for aProduction Manager with:

• 5 to 7 years of experience as Production Manager or 10 years of experience as Production Supervisor
• 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• 3 to 5 years of experience in KPI management
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing
• 2 to 5 years of experience with ERP systems (SAP – Mann or BPCS)
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus

Physical requirements and working conditions:

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:

• Must be able stand and walk throughout shift, lift or move 35 pounds
• Environment is climate controlled and indoors
• This Production Manager
  position is located on-site in our Dallas facility
